Preorders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that will ship to the customer at a future date. Preorder items are not items that are in stock. All preorders require a full payment at the time in which the preorder is placed. Pretty as a Peach has the right to cancel any orders at any time for any reason. Please note that once payment is made for a preorder, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded by the customer. If you are ordering multiple preorder items or preorder items with in stock merchandise on a single transaction, regardless of when they arrive, they will ship together. If you would like the items to be shipped as soon as they come in, please consider separating your orders. Placing a preorder is a great way to guarantee that the item will not be sold out, that you have first priority from our shipment, and it will ship to you on the first date it becomes available. The availability dates are estimates given to us by the manufacturer. These dates are not guaranteed but, we will do our best to update our site with any changes. Barring any manufacturing mishaps, shortages or acts of god, you are guaranteed the item you preorder. If there is a manufacturing issue or shortage you will be notified immediately and given two options: store credit or a refund. All preorder sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on preorder items once the order is placed. All sales will be considered final.
